Great place to take the kiddos to the park. There's a small beach there and a lighthouse restaurant. In the same area you can rent kayaks and paddle boards. Parking is metered. We walked frokm 12th st. It took us about 10 minutes.

Great park, right on the water. Good place to kayak, paddle board and other water activities. It can get kinda busy if your out on the water with boats coming in and out, but overall great place to bring the family. The Lighthouse Cafe is pretty good as well, a bit pricey but nice to be able to sit on the patio and relax.
